Job Description : CFO OMAN Roles and Responsibilities 1. Responsible to monitor and manage in financial strategy preparation and its evaluations. 2. Responsible to prepare financial budgets regularly and present to top management regarding the variations from actual to budget. 3. Responsible to prepare financial analysis reports such as costing, budgets etc. on a monthly and annual basis and present the report to top management. 4. Responsible to provide suggestions to top management for managing the cash and fund flows. 5. Responsible to verify and monitor all accounts related activities and guide the team to achieve error-free activities/entries. 6. Responsible to verify all accounting transactions, finalization of accounts, discuss the reports to the audit team and effectively handle other statutory matters 7. Responsible to ensure the completion of financial and management reporting, including monthly management accounts, balance sheet control with accurate information. 8. Responsible to plan & develop financial systems, procedures & internal controls with other team members (Directors and Managers) 9. Responsible to provide training to accountants related to Financial control and account entries. And also to supervise their activities. 10. Responsible to manage budget process & consolidation, including periodic re-forecasts based on company policies and procedures. 11. Responsible to maintain confidentiality over company information relating to business and profits. 12. Responsible to involve the employee performance evaluation activities and suggest the career growth of team members to management. 13. Responsible to guide the company in preparation for better financial plans and review the results. 14. Responsible to communicate with various stakeholders such as banks, investors, auditors, statutory bodies, government bodies etc. and to ensure effective and efficient results from these stakeholders 15. Responsible to ensure that all team members follow all policy and procedures as instructed by the organization. Qualification : M.com/ MBA in Finance Experience : 8 years + in Manufacturing Industries Age : Above 35
