Country Manager

Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER UAE Develop, manage and lead the company in- country teams to ensure they deliver the projects to standard, on time and within budget. • Lead all aspects of the local company portfolio from business development through the feasibility, design, approval and when approved, delivery stages, then operations • Establish local supply networks in support of business operations. • Lead the key relationships with Federal, Provincial and local Government bodies associated with securing and developing the Fortescue Energy Target Hydropower sites across local area. • Oversee engaged consultants to produce outcomes required to support development and delivery of the company Portfolio • Ensure company adheres to all Government regulations and procedures relating to maintaining our business licenses. • Support the company technical teams by engaging required consultants and Subject Matter Experts to ensure best practice and use of world leading technologies Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field(preferably a Master's degree). • Project Management experience, in large scale, complex project delivery in developing country • Experience in the renewable energy value chain, to include power source and transmission. • Former executive experience in at least one of the following sectors: Renewable energy,construction, infrastructure, mining oil and gas fields. • P&L accountability • Prior experience in the target country or country within the region • Understanding of key Project phases.
