Senior Project Manager

Job Description : SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER SINGAPORE Dutch global speciality chemicals leader with operations over 80 countries around the world. · Reporting to the VP, main accountability include prepare, lead, execute and deliver best in class capex projects, safe within defined scope, schedule, budget and dedicated quality · Select, lead and develop the multifunctional project team · Provide input for the project's Appropriation Request (AR) and sign off for execution · Take owner's role, bringing value to the business with accountability for the capex part of an assigned capital investment · In the Initiation and Study Phase (FEL-1 and FEL-2) project manager's responsibility is in the consultant role and ensures endorsement and approval of the handed over engineering package by the business/site representative · Key activities includes Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Delivery and Closure · Experienced in leading high-value greenfield chemical plant construction · Relevant content experience in different multiple units of chemical plants, disciplines, locations (cultures - international environment) and/or other companies · More than 15 years of experience in a managerial position · Completion of multiple capital projects with expenditures in excess of $75 million USD. · Multiple country project experience required.
