General Manager

Job Description : GM ANGOLA development and manufacture of plastics. And according to their expansion policy, they intend to recruit: · Develops business opportunities with new sectors, clients, and regions through partnerships or new initiatives and provides reports to the General Country Manager working in collaboration with other areas; · Controls commercial development by managing and anticipating customer needs; · Provides market trend reports and proposes initiatives to promote a broader market presence to secure new customer contracts and stable sales volumes; · Identifies and manages the alignment between the company and partners and proposes new procedures to improve efficiency; · It works in accordance with the General Country Manager regarding the performance of all areas of the company, suggesting strategic methodologies to improve each one of them, supporting him with all the information and research that may be requested; · Proactively monitors the areas with each person in charge to find out about existing difficulties and propose solutions for improvements to management; · Perform other activities inherent to the requirements of the function. · Superior training in management or related areas; · Minimum experience of 10 years in management positions; · Advanced command of English (mandatory requirement); · Domain of administrative, financial, commercial and operational management of the business; · Experience in business management and development; · Analytical ability and profile oriented towards results and achievement of objectives; · Negotiation and communication skills; · Strategic vision.
