Job Description : DIVISIONAL SALES MANAGER NIGERIA leading FMCG company is looking to hire a Divisional Manager who will oversee the development of multiple brands and ensure efficient operations, administration, client and vendor relations. Key Responsibilities Develop, Build and lead the team of Sales Professionals. Handle Product Launches and Develop the Distribution channel Pan Nigeria. Planning and setting sales strategies to achieve targets. Continuous monitoring of Competition, Market and consumer insights. Great Communication Bridge between the Consumers Channel and the Marketing research team in Market Size determination. Willingness to take up the new challenges and new business lines deem fit by the Management. Experience / Education Required: •Bachelor’s degree in Business Related field with at least 10-15 years’ experience in a similar role • Willingness to get trained in different fields of the Beauty Industry • Proven history of fostering teamwork and success in a complex organizational environment • Great Leader and Exceptional Manager
