Job Description : Director of Business Development and Strategy –BAHRAIN FOR 5 START HOTEL The candidate should be a bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major. 10+ years’ experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area in a multi-property hotel environment. Multidisciplinary knowledge and experience in Sales and Experience within a multi branded environment is a plus. Knowledge of Arabic and Middle East experience is a Plus. Bahrain experience will be Bonus. Reports to the CEO. Excellent compensation plus full expat family status.
