Logistics and Procurement Manager

Job Description : LOGISTICS AND PROCURMENT MANAGER DUBAI trading company for Printing and packaging sector based at Dubai. The company sources and supplies: machinery, raw material, spare parts, consumables, amongst other items. The company trades in more than 400 items. ies The Position would be responsible for: Procurement · Receive RFPs, and support with the issuing orders in accordance with pricing & specifications required. · Record all details for purchase requisitions and purchase orders in a purchasing database. · Prepare the required procurement documents, and review and process purchase requisitions · Ensure order confirmation are received from suppliers Logistics · Maintain & track inventory requirement for clients to ensure orders are placed in time to avoid continuous supply of goods · Highlight any major issues that may affect pricing/delivery immediately to clients · Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to international freight transportation · Work with existing transportation suppliers on optimal delivery rate and routing Candidate should have Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or Procurement with Minimum 12 years of experience in International Procurement and Logistics (Export / Import) · Experience in Export from Europe, UAE, India & China to Africa is preferred.
