Job Description : Group CFO HYDREBAD INDIA Mid-sized bulk drug (pharma) manufacturing Private Limited Company in Hyderabad Reporting to: MD I Team Size: 15+ Experience: 15 — 20 years in Manufacturing Companies — MUST Qualification: CA / ICWA Hands on Experience in • Finance & Accounts of 2 companies operating in 3 locations • Treasury Management — Forex Management and banking • Direct & Indirect Taxes • Merger and Acquisition • Audits (Financial, Statutory & Internal Audits) • Establishing Process controls and checks • Costing — Product, Process & Activity • Company Law matters & provisions related to Board Meetings • Vendor Management Key points: • Man Management Skills • Good Communication, Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills • Hands on approach • Experience of reporting directly to Stake Holders and Board Members • IT Skill: SAP and Advanced MS Office CTC: Rs.40 L per annum
