Job Description : SALES MANAGER FMCG MALAWI one of the major performers in the commodity & processing market producing finished products, roof sheets & IBR profiles in Malawi. They are leaders for Building Material and into Flour Milling in Malawi. • Responsible for Achieving sales target as per region wise • Responsible for leading the development and implementation of all marketing programs and strategic sales activities. • Excellence in providing sales training solutions in-line with business/growth objectives/initiatives i.e., assessing learning and development implementing • Researched new and latest techniques for possible inclusion into the existing sales process. • Working closely with the dealers and distributors to assist them for promoting products • Manage network of Channel Partners across assigned territories for deeper market penetration & reach • Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base. • Monitor the performance of sales staff to spot work areas that require improvement. • Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions. • Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports. • Forwards samples by entering request; arranging product demos; notifying the customer. • Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports. • Manage & develop the existing dealer/ channel business by providing secondary sales support. • New channel development in new geographies for business expansion. • Key account management to get the desired business results. Requirement: Experience – Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG Qualification – MBA
