Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD DUBAI strategic Head of Finance who can influence the business stakeholders to make sagacious decisions by providing data-led insights. The Role You will be a strategist and a collaborator to the business teams to support strategy formulation and decision-making and a catalyst to challenge the status quo and lead the transformation. Along with this, you will lead the finance team to ensure that the regular functions of finance, including FP&A, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal & external audit, compliance, controls, etc., are being handled immaculately. Succinctly, your key responsibility areas will be to: Manage day to day operations as well as contribute towards the overall strategy of the Group. Manage reporting and FP&A function; responsible for end-to-end planning cycle including finalization of annual budget and forecast, monthly reporting to the leadership team on overall performance, Balance Scorecards and other KPIs; Financial management, analysis and review responsibility. These include preparation of financial models, feasibility studies and appraisals to consider various investment/divestment opportunities; Leading various functions of financial accounting including General Ledger management, Payments to Suppliers, Customer Invoicing, Monthly Closing etc.; Manage working capital/cashflow requirements for multiple entities; Ensure Compliance with VAT regulations; Lead credit control function for the different Entities; Engage with Group internal and external auditors; and Preparation and implementation of financial policies in accordance with best practices and guidelines. The Person Qualified Chartered Accountant with sound accounting & IFRS knowledge 10 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role You would be a dynamic, assertive and confident strategist, having solid experience in leading a team of erudite finance managers.
