General Manager

Job Description : General Manager for a new hotel UAE. Responsible for the business performance of Apartments; business plan sales distribution’s and profitability and make decisions on matters of importance. Delivers revenues and profits by developing, marketing, and providing appealing service; managing staff. Establishes business plan, strategies; marketing, and sales projections, analyses, and estimates. Ensure that all Hospitality standards are adhered to. Be aware of what of the premier external competitors in the market Ensure awareness and deliver the optimum levels of service and guest satisfaction. Assist in attaining and maintaining certificates as required by the local governing body. Design exceptional promotions and continuously make necessary improvements. Oversee all accounting and billing systems at an operations level & Conduct preventative maintenance audits. Identify and implement training plans to further develop self and Employees. Liaise with management, operations and non- operations team in all aspects of the operation including but not limited to: - Interviewing and hiring, orientation, performance appraisals, coaching, counseling and dismissal.
