Job Description : GM SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT DUBAI 15+ years experience Responsible for overall operation of Warehouses across Middle East. Job Responsibilities: 1. Overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. 2. Promote the design, development, and implementation of warehouse, distribution and logistics solutions. 3. Manage labor costs, personnel productivity, inventory levels, data accuracy and stocking strategies. 4. Measure and report on the effectiveness of departmental activities and operations. 5. Design and Implement next generation supply chain process. 6. Supply Chain Process Improvement and Technology. 7. Manage large team, people management and nurturing cross-functional teams. 8. Led Last Miles Delivery Design and Implementation. 9. Ensure and improve on-time delivery, return ratios, customer experience and budgeted cost/shipment. Functional Skills: - Should have handled Multiple Warehouses in PAN India. - Good Knowledge and experience in WMS, Transport Process. - Analytical Skill. - Specialized in automation technology - Must have good knowledge in adopting technology in warehouse and logistics Ex: Robotics - IOT, AI adoption and implementation.
