Job Description : CFO VIETNAM foreign investment company, now looking for Chief Financial Officer (7000USD, ID11887): Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team. Providing strategic recommendations about financial planning to the BOD Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting. Advising on long-term business and financial planning, ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders. Implement risk management by analyzing the company's liabilities and investments Decide on an investment strategy by considering cash and liquidity risk Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure Ensure cash flow is consistent with the organization's operations Requirement Male45+ BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field At least 15 years' experience at the same position Fluent in English.
