Job Description : Chief Security Officer -Large Petrochemical/Refinery INDIA Responsibilities Developing & implementing a Strategic Security Programs & Managing the Physical Security & Assets. Ø To foster a Culture of Security Awareness that Drives Behavioural Changes within the Organisation Ø Building a Comprehensive Security Program that includes Physical Safety & Cybersecurity policies. Ø Reviewing existing Security Measures & updating Protocols Ø Managing the Daily Operations of the Company to Identify Potential Security Risks & Room for Improvements. Ø Fostering a Culture of Physical & Digital Security Awareness by Conducting Training Sessions & Communicating with Personnel. Ø Managing, Evaluating & resolving Any Physical or Digital Security Incidents or Breaches. Ø Ensuring that the company's Security Policies Comply with laws & legislations. Ø Presenting Risk Assessments & Improved Security Policies to Management Team Members. Ø Working with Management to Develop & Implement an Appropriate Budget for Security Programs. Requirements: Ø A Retired Army Officer with a Rank of Full Colonel or Commandant from CISF Ø A Bachelor's Degree With Course in Safety Management Systems, or a similar field. Ø 5-7 years' Experience of Working with a Large Organisation Ø Proven Proficiency in Developing Physical & Digital Security Protocols & Procedures. Ø Good Communication & interpersonal Skills. Ø Exceptional Managerial Skills & the Ability to lead Large Team. Ø Ability to Research & Stay up to Date with Security Trends, as well as Changing Government & State laws.
