Job Description : Business Operations Head - EPC Job Location – Abu Dhabi Salary – AED 50K – 60K Sector - EPC Job Requirements • Graduate /Post Graduate Engineer (Engineering or similar project management qualification) • Min. 20 years’ experience with atleast 10 years in managerial role). • Experience in construction or engineering sector is mandatory. • Understanding of construction/engineering industry dynamics with a focus on infrastructure projects. • Understanding of EPC / value added construction business • Expertise in interface management with clients, consultants and JV partners • Financial understanding with P&L responsibility Job Description • Responsible to overall supervise and manage the projects under designated business lines(s) throughout the project cycle. • Lead and resolve project related project related operational, contractual, financial and commercial matters. • Build working relationship with clients • Ensure smooth and efficient execution of projects within specified budget • Effective implementation of safety standards within the limits of Divisional/Company Policies and procedures, business plan, allocated budget, QA/QC & HSE Standards Areas of Responsibility • Operations Management • Resource Management • Client Management • Planning, Monitoring & Cost control • Business Development planning • Liaison with Government department • Contract Management • People Management • P&L
