Country Manager 

Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER FMCG FOR ANGOLA - Role would be responsible for overall P&L responsibility for country business including oversee sales and distribution, marketing, Supply chain, manufacturing facility and commercial functions to build branded and private label business. - Lead marketing activities, qualitative and quantitative market research. Liaison with advertising / media / PR agencies to prepare detailed marketing communication - Effective new product launches - Develop export marketing vertical - Responsible to grow Private Label Business - Build enabling systems, controls and processes across sales, manufacturing & commercial functions Skills required : - PG / MBA from reputed B. School in Sales & Marketing with functional experience of 18+ years into FMCG Sales & Marketing function having exposure across sales management/Key accounts, leading teams & brand/activation management - Experience in setting up/ managing direct distribution set-up & NPD launches would be an added plus. - Experience of working in international geographies will be an added advantage - Strong entrepreneurial approach to drive growth opportunities would be desirable - Good commercial acumen and strong analytics is desired with the ability to put in place controls and processes required in a fast growing organisation - Good communication skills, Result Orientation, Execution Excellence, Valuing people and relationship, Excellent team management skills
