Finance Manager

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER TANZANIA • Oversees the Finance/accounting function and team • Maintains proper and accurate financial records • Processes business transactions • Institutes and administers financial controls • Prepares and monitors budget and operating expenses • Supports Company’s endeavor to remain compliant with available statutory and regulatory requirements • Tracks, calculates and reports financial and operating metrics/KPIs and budget variances for management use • Prepares financial reports for different uses • Coordinates internal and external audits, and acts of audit issues • 8+years of work experience inclusive of managerial responsibilities • Accounting/Finance Degree or equivalent, MBA added advantage • Chartered Accountant -ACCA or equivalent qualification • Through understanding of GAAP/IFRS • Leadership and Management • Prior experience in oil and gas is added advantage
