Job Description : Business Leader for Automotive / Aero, India Market for one of service based company: Required Experience: • 20+ years year in Leadership role across Business management / Sales / BD / Delivery /Global engagements in Consulting, IT Services, Digital, Cloud, Engineering Services. • Business Management / P&L management • Strong sector / domain experience in Auto & Aero • Successful track record of being innovative and enabling innovation, evangelizing new technologies, building and sustaining an innovation culture within a large multidisciplinary organization, managing idea pipelines and defining the value proposition for success. • Understanding and appreciation of Digital and IT Transformation programs (including connected) in product companies (OEMs) • Excellent understanding / experience in new technology areas like IOT, Cloud, AI/ML, Blockchain • Excellent communication & presentation skills • Experience in conducting client workshops and facilitating stakeholder meetings • Experience of working in Global / India based Tier-1 Consulting / IT Companies across geographies and cultures Leadership Competencies required: • Strong Client facing experience and C level relationship management • Passionate, high energy, excellent communication skills & negotiation skills • Strong people management • Work in a cross functional / teaming environment and drive business agenda across various stakeholders.
