Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER ETHIOPIA 10-15 years experience Requirements: • Oversee the development of production plans and control work schedules. • Review documents, such as production schedules, work orders, or staffing tables, to give guidance on the determination of personnel and materials requirements. • Lead the Planning and control delivery of supplies or raw materials to expedite flow of materials to meet production schedules. • Oversee the aggregate plan of raw meal and clinker preparation and the pyro-processing. • Discuss with department managers to assess progress and discuss on needed changes. • Oversee schedule changes in the department due to design changes, labour or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions. • Lead and follow up the preparation of documents related to planning and optimization, production sequences, production rates and progress. • Oversee the regular grinding and packing process and provide assistance and direction to the division. • Develop tactical plans on overall production function of the plant. • Ensure production department is performing as per the plan derived from the Head, Operations function. • Ensure the safety procedures are implemented in all the units of production and everyone in their work place has a safe working condition.
