Job Description : INTERNATIONAL MARKET HEAD MUMBAI FOR REGULATED MARKETS/FINISHED FORMULATIONS 15-20 years experience This position is based at UMEDICA Labs Corporate Office at Nariman Point in Mumbai and will report into the MD. The Incumbent will be managing a team of Managers who individually will be responsible for managing business in their own region . Additionally the incumbent will be responsible for , · Complete Business Management and BD responsibility. · Ensuring Optimum Customer Selection and Management for growing the companys business. . Developing good rapport with International customers and statutory authorities . · Target Achievement for the Regulated Markets Business. · Collaborate internally with Manufacturing ,PPIC, Logistics, RA, and Finance Dept. for effective support. · Market Intelligence and Competitor Mapping Key Profile Requirements: 15-20 + Years Overall Successful Career Experience and Preferably at least 10-12 years in International REG Pharma Sales & BD in a well known Pharma Company. Education: Science/Pharmacy Graduate. Post Graduate MBA-Preferred. Additional Skills Strong Leadership Qualities, Strong Verbal and Written Communication and English Language Skills Strong Sales and BD Skills Good Proficiency in Computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Must have travelled extensively.
