The COO will optimize our company's operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, and manage commercial and marketing initiatives. The COO will assist in compiling the company's budget, and employ strategies to improve and grow company profitability. The COO will compile commercial and financial reports, and control financial and administrative policies and procedures. The COO will work closely with the CEO and will team up with the rest of the management to implement business strategies. To ensure success the COO should have a clear understanding of our companys core values and culture. Job Description / Responsibilities · • Management of the Account Managers and overseeing that their responsibilities are executed accordingly. · • Oversee the implementation of the company strategy in respective company products for all respective markets · • Overseeing overall product performance to ensure maximum returns for the company · • Identifying and developing trade and new market opportunities to deliver increased volumes and market share. · • Management and coordination of overall debt collection as carried out by account managers · • Come up with objectives for achieving the business expansion objectives · • Interpret and ensure implementation of the financial and operational insights to ensure company's profitability · • Manage the customer's relationships and participate in negotiation of meetings with clients at group level · • Engage corporate client's product developers and be the liaison between corporate clients and the rest of Comzafrica ltd · • Introduce and present products to potential clients, negociate for business and maintain contact. · • Follow-up with the Operations department for results of a post launch review to ensure the service launches are effective. · • Identify new market opportunities · • Developing and leading the financial strategy to meet business objectives · • Developing and implementing financial functional policies, processes and procedures · • Developing and determining company financial requirements and provide guidelines on deployment including the preparation of company budgets · • Responsible for company's financial planning including: budgeting, working capital, cash flow, cost management to meet company objectives · • Responsible for financial reporting and communication, both internally and externally. · • Responsible for key performance indicators mainly operating profit, trade receivables, and relationship management with financial institutions and other key stakeholders. · • Apprasing investment opportunities · • Liaising with the Company Secretary on legal affairs including statutory meeting, Board meetings and other legal matters · • Identifying, implementing and benchmarking for best practices in financial management
