Job Description : CFO AUSTRALIA This rapidly growing consumer services and goods group is seeking a Chief Financial Officer with broad cross functional experience to partner with the CEO. This brand name company has outstanding customer service, an exponential growth rate due to its business model, and is growing despite COVID. Requiring CFO to further corporatize the business and evolve the finance function capabilities. Key responsibilities: · Financial and business strategy · Day to day financial and sales functional oversight · Partnering with an entrepreneurial CEO · Managing numerous external relationships · Optimise forecasting and cash flow management. · Financial management and information systems oversight · Business corporatisation · Leading corporatisation programs · Assist integrating new systems · Key business negotiations · Governance, compliance · Direct the financial/accounting principles, policy, procedures, and practices in line with legal and corporate requirements. · Change leadership · Leadership of the Australian Finance Team Must haves: • 5-10 years’ experience as a CFO nd 20 years in finance · CA/CPA qualified · Relevant degree • Financial and management strategies and reporting • Advanced budgeting and forecasting and organisational skills • Well developed communication and people skills
