Financial Controller

Job Description : FC IVC 15+ years experience Managing all finance and accounting operations including budgeting, compliance,etc. - Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances - Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting - Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls - Additional controller duties as necessary Candidate Profile - Good communication skills - Analytical Skills - Good ability to motivate, develop and manage team and efficiency to work with other similar staff. - Technical and functional skills in financial controlling. - Resilient Customer focus and strong analytical and financial skills.
