Job Description : COO DRC FOR MINING PROCESS 20+ years experience Candidate Must have Experience in Copper / Cobalt / Tin Mining Candidate must be Engineering graduate in Mining Job Profile : Management of Operational Resources : - Ensures Operational resources are in place to meet core production and support objectives against approved Company policy/strategic plans - Leads and directs the activities of direct reports/ functions/contracts via planning and report-back forums and meetings - Maintains and encourages cohesiveness, teamwork and morale to create a motivational, high-performance organisational climate - Ensures the correct key human resources levels with appropriate competencies and skills are in place for sustainable Operations - Approves budgets (requested and allocated) and thereby costs, for the achievement of planned Operational projects, activities and objectives - Performance manages core and support direct reports/ functions/ contracts to ensure outputs and service level agreements are achieved or exceeded
