Job Description : NSM PHILPINNES National Sales Manager job has become available at an oil and gas company. As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall sales objectives, goals and revenue of all the teams and sales personnel of this oil and gas company. · Lead the development of a startup team for retail (gas stations) · Be responsible for network mapping and leads generation · Real estate acquisition – secure sites nationwide, it could be a prime site or secondary site · Franchise organic acquisition or franchise conversion · Ensure each operation at every gas station is running according to standard and that branding is being followed · Provide supply on a consignment basis To succeed in this National Sales Manager role, you will need to have a strong background, understanding and expertise in oil and gas industry. · Bachelor’s degree · At least 15 years of proven sales management experience in the oil and gas industry · Must be at a VP level
