Administration and Human Resources Head 

Job Description : HR AND ADMIN HEAD GHANA · Support the GM HR & Admin in implementing HR initiatives in line with the Company's strategic and operational objectives · Develop employee engagement strategies - (reviewing employee motivation, commitment, organisation culture, well-being, health etc.) and providing recommendations/suggestions · Assisting the GM HR & Admin with reward strategy/compensation and benefits review · Reviewing and assisting with maintenance of HR department legal compliance requirements · Monitoring and reviewing HR policies and implement changes where necessary, and assist with maintenance of HR department legal compliance requirements · Supervising and developing the Company's Performance Management system - fleet appraisal scheme, advising managers on performance improvement issues · Supervising the sickness and absence management strategy and assisting in applying across the fleet with guidance from medical and OH providers · Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests and update internal databases with new hire information · Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies · Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days · Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable · Assist the GM HR & Admin with all labour engagement and manage the new hire orientation and exit process including facilitating the redundancy strategy and process, when applicable · Assist the GM HR & Admin on any other work-related matters as required/assigned
