Regional Business Head

Job Description : Regional Manager/Business Head - GCC (HVAC) Location: Bahrain a multinational company is looking to hire a seasoned professional within HVAC industry having handled the GCC region. 15 + plus years of experience in the HVAC Industry ideally with a broad range of cross functional responsibilities. Hands-On experience in the Middle East region in managing and leading sales team & distribution network. Strong sales track record with proven growth in B2B business. Manages all sales activity in the GCC region including, business development, marketing and responsibility for the sales budget. Is responsible for executing strategies to support company’s growth trajectory. It also includes optimizing the pricing policy and based on the market information the manager develops strategies for further growth in terms of sales and margin Promotes strong, long-term customer relationships, supporting negotiations and partnership development. Establishes channels in key markets and create demand for the offerings through extensive Specification work. Drive sales excellence through the WAM program including analyzing and using data from the CRM system, demand generation strategies and development of staff. Enhances market share through organic growth. Works closely with the EMEA Central Marketing teams for the launch of new products. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills are prerequisite for role. Salary: BD 4000-4500
