Marketing Head 

Job Description : Head – Marketing UAE Key Responsibilities: a) Strategize marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns, which includes briefing the creative team and other partner agencies, i.e. evaluation of creative, ensure synergistic adaption of creative for VM, Social Media, Outdoor, Brand Activation and PR & Media planning. b) Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives & work towards enhancing the overall brand equity and will be responsible for the P & L of the Marketing Department. c) Responsible for developing, executing and delivering the company's digital / online marketing strategy, planning and budget to include online, new media, web and e-commerce to drive the business forwards through key marketing channels. d) Strategize and plan the monthly digital/social calendar; brief the external film/stills team and supervise the entire development of branded content for social media assets – FB/Instagram/Twitter, etc. e) Implement and ensure that the existing CRM program is effectively implemented across all the GCC stations and ensure smooth operations and functioning of the program. f) Work closely with the Loyalty program team on doing targeted marcom campaigns for specific consumer segments. g) To constantly ensure that the retail outlets have innovative/creatively dynamic VM collaterals to attract the customers and build stickiness factor at the POS. h) Work closely with the VM team in creatively conceptualizing the collaterals that are done at the in-shop level for the GCC region and ensure creative synergies across all touch points. i) Youth Marketing – Working closely with the Khalijee Youth to research their brand preference and bring brand into their consideration set through brand initiatives. j) Extract and evaluate the MIS reports / CRM reports / Sales reports on a periodic basis and give analytical suggestions / recommendations to the Management to enhance the new product development initiatives. k) Work closely with the Management on different initiatives ranging from Concept Development of a new product/category. l) Work with International Export & Travel Retail Sales Heads on jobs related to Exhibitions/New Product creative development, Promotions, etc. Requirements: Ø Post-Graduate in Marketing - MBA/PGDM Marketing. Ø Proven work experience as a Marketing Head in GCC region (lifestyle products). Ø Minimum 12-15 years of experience including Digital Marketing in Retail Industry Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ø Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software. Ø Strong analytical, project management skills and should have exposure/understanding of P&L Salary: AED 40000-45000
