Job Description : AVP Manufacturing HR | Gurgaon We are hiring for the position of Head - Manufacturing HR with one of the leading public limited company and renowned business conglomerate. Candidate will be responsible for leading HR and IR portfolio for all the plants for the organization across India. Must have experience of handling HR & IR functions of multiple plants across India. Position will be reporting to CHRO and all the Plant HRs will be reporting to this position. Candidates must have strong experience of handling Plant HR & IR function. Experience required 15+ yrs and Age between 45 - 48 yrs. Regular Education, MBA - HR & IR / MSW Offered CTC would range between 1 Cr. Work location: Gurgaon
