Security Manager

Job Description : SECURITY MANAGER NIGERIA 10+ years experience · We are searching for a perceptive, creative Security Manager to plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, estate, employees, guests, or others on company property. · Develop security standards, policies, or procedures in consultation with Head Administration and Security. Manage organizational security activities. Assess risks to mitigate potential consequences of incidents and develop a plan to respond to incidents. · Develop or manage integrated security controls to ensure confidentiality, accountability, recoverability, or audit ability of sensitive information. · Analyze risks to minimize losses or damages. Conduct threat or vulnerability analyses to determine probable frequency, criticality, consequence, or severity of natural or man-made disasters or criminal activity on the organization's profitability or delivery of products or services. · Direct or participate in emergency management and contingency planning. Develop emergency response plans or procedures. Direct organizational operations, projects, or services. · Possess good working knowledge of MS Office. Develop budgets (Capex and Opex) for security operations. Direct and supervise security activities in the area of responsibility. · Write or review security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives. Prepare reports related to compliance matters. · The Security Manager will hire, train, and evaluate security team members; develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures; and generally secure premises. · Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies.
