Senior Finance Manager

Job Description : SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER KUWAIT 10 years experience you will be expected to engage in financial analysis in areas such as forecasting, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance. Desired Candidate Profile · Monthly Management Report (MIS) including Cash Flow, Annual budget process and periodic analysis of financial performance. · Prepare financial models, business projections and valuations. · Work on fund raising projects and investor relations · Handle investor financial and legal due diligence. · Identify areas for cost reductions and operational improvements. · Working on new projects covering various financial aspects · Handle banking relationships and finding improvement opportunities · Oversee the External /Internal Audit, review and analyze results · Ensure the compliance/documentation requirement for all laws like Companies Act. · Oversee the continuous improvement of Accounting and Financial Processes on new updates · Responsible for Collections/Accounts receivables. · Handle complete end to end P2P process, responsible for vendor compliance and drive credit with vendors · Streamline inventory movement process, ensure lean inventory management, optimize inventory plans · Attend all Monthly accounting, Transactions, and month / year end closing.
