Factory Manager

Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER NIGERIA A leading blow moulding company is looking for Factory Manager, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the factory. The overall objective is to implement and maintain proper systems and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the factory with zero downtime, while maintaining overall quality and efficiency standards and managing employee and stakeholder relationships. He will be responsible to- 1. Manage overall operations at factory including production, maintenance, quality and safety control and general administrative duties. 2. Proactively handle any production related concerns to ensure zero downtime at the factory. 3. Ensure production and quality control targets are consistently met. 4. Implement best practices and SOPs to ensure smooth functioning of various factory departments. 5. Manage blow moulding and injection moulding machinery (including Windsor and Jagmohan machines) and ancillary equipment (compressors, chillers, pumps, DG etc.) 6. Manage production schedule and worker schedules. 7. Develop new product moulds as per customer requirement through interactions with third party vendors. 8. Help implement and maintain key certifications such as ISO, TUV Nord etc. Experience- 10 to 12 Years
