Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD SRI LANKA FOR FMCG 15+ years experience This is a leadership role and it involves formulating the business strategy for the region. You will be leading and building a team, work with the HQ on the product, price, promotion and placement strategy. Work closely with the Branding team to maintain consistent positioning in the assigned region. The person will be handling revenue, P&L and build consumer engagement in the region. Business Responsibility: - Drive Revenue for the region - Drive P&L for the region - Manage expansion and consumer engagement objectives - Design a sales roadmap and ensure execution for the same Team and Stakeholder Management: - Leading a cross-functional team consisting of sales, marketing, finance, tech and procurement function - Working with distributors, vendors and other partners to establish contact. - Generate Insights on competition, product, pricing an consumer behaviour. What we are looking at - Candidates from Skincare, Beauty and Wellness and/or FMCG industry preferred - Candidates having worked in D2C industry highly preferred.
