Finance Manager

Job Description : Finance Manager (Healthcare Sector) Location: Abu Dhabi Salary : Upto AED 25K++ Benefits : Employee’s Medical Insurance + Tickets : Position Purpose: Responsible for the financial management of the Medical Centers and as such is responsible for assisting with budget preparation, financial reports for the centers and integration with the hospital financial system. Works closely with hospital BODs and supports Medical Administrator as well as Department Managers to assure a fully functional revenue cycle. Ensures that doctors’ contracts are monitored for financial, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Coordinates with the centers to maintain oversight of the clinic financial system(s). Assists with financial planning and management, cost analysis, and appropriate revision of cost standards and reimbursement models for the organization. Position Responsibilities: • Develops and manages the annual department operating and capital budget. • Monitors daily processes for capturing revenues and all balancing requirements are met. Notifies Medical Administrator when issues are identified. • Reviews and analyzes monthly reports from billing company regarding revenues.
