Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD VIETNAM A leading E-Commerce enabler based in HCMC is calling applications for Head of Finance. You will report directly to CFO. Your main responsibilities are to oversee all the finance and accounting activities of the company on the daily basis. · Oversee all the daily Finance & Accounting activities of the company · Be part of the transformation project to drive digitalisation and data collection · Perform financial planning, business analysis, forecasting, and budgeting · Ensure the accuracy of all transactions, reporting, etc. · Work directly with tax authority and internal auditors · Support the management team and CFO on financial strategies and annual planning · Identify risks and implement the mitigations for these risks · Deliver other assigned tasks To succeed in this position, you should have at least eight years of relevant working experience in finance & accounting in other innovative / fast-growing businesses. You should be proactive, responsible, and highly organised. · Bachelor’s Degree of relevant disciplines · At least eight years of working experience in finance & accounting in E-Commerce, FMCG, Retail, etc. · Experience in managing a big team in both finance & accounting · Proficiency in ERP (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamic, NetSuite) and/or an advanced accounting software · Experience from Big 4 or member of a professional body (e.g. ACCA, CPA, etc.) would be a plus · Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
