Supply Chain Manager

Job Description : SCM THAILAND Expats as this is for Indian company 15 + years experience Reporting directly to Supply Chain Director, this is a role for a Supply Chain Manager who is expert and has supply chain management background in manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible to oversee all supply chain activities of assigned product group under business division including demand/supply planning, import, warehouse and logistics management. You will also being business partner with commercial team to deliver sales target and business plan and being a focal point and lead the activity to smooth supply chain activities. The salary range for this role is competitive with performance bonus, provident fund and medical insurance. · Lead monthly forecast/demand review with internal operations and commercial team and work with supply sites, demand planner, operations team and commercial team to resolve on demand and supply issue · Supervise and coach demand planner team to work effectively with others and increase team capability to support business growth and complexity · Deliver operations and business KPIs i.e. inventory minimum/maximum level, forecast accuracy, sales target, service level · Lead and support new product launch, operations project, new logistics tool implementation · Being a resource for operations and commercial team for business plan or other related business need The successful Supply Chain Manager must have the ability to work effectively and co-cooperatively with other teams, across borders and internal matrix. Possesses hands-on demand, supply planning experience as well as inventory management and inbound logistics. · Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related area · Demand planning and supply chain management experience with at least three years in managerial position · Proven leadership qualities as well as a vast experience in supply chain · Expertise knowledge of SAP and demand planning tools
