Distillery Head

Job Description : Unit Head for has a Distillery in North India . T he candidate should have experience of 15 to 20 years in Molasses based distillery & Bottling operations. The role is responsible for planning, leading, directing and controlling the day-to-day manufacturing operations of the plant including all aspects of finance, human resources, materials, production and process activities in the unit. The role focuses on achieving the unit Profit, production targets, delivery schedules, quality & competitive output, turnover & cost reduction in line with the budget, compliance, excise, quality, EHS and other parameters and guidelines laid down by the organization. The role is also responsible for adhering to statutory and compliance requirements and obtaining necessary approvals timely.
