Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER GHANA Sintex Containers Ghana Limited, are expanding our production capacity of Roto-moulded Plastic Water Storage Tanks by 100% effective March 2022. To boost the production, we are looking for : PRODUCTION MANAGER, to be based at our plant in Accra, Ghana 1) Age : Within 40 years 2) Qualification : BE (Mechanical or Metallurgy) 3) Experience - around 15 years in Roto-moulding Tank manufacturing process and presently working at a level of Production Manager / Asst. Production Manager 4) Key Responsibility Areas a) Managing Entire Production and production-process comprising of Roto-moulding, Pulverisers and Extruders b) Maintenance of the machines together with the maintenance team c) Responsible for production 24x7 through a team of operators and technicians d) Handling Team to get the best output and create an atmosphere for learning e) Inventory Management of Raw Materials, Gas, Diesel, Spares, Moulds and Finished Goods 5) Fluency in spoken & written English (candidates who don't speak English can stay away) 6) Candidates presently working in same industry, in Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda will be given preference We are looking for the candidate to join within 1 month.
