Group Chief Executive Officer

Job Description : GROUP CEO APAC leading Asian hospitality group which owns and operates theme parks, luxury hotels, convention centres and leisure entertainment businesses. As the leader in Vietnam's national tourism industry, the group will exploit its vantage point and boldly take on the mission to continuously lead the industry to build a world-class national tourism brand. Job Description The Group CEO will be responsible for: · Act as a strategic advisor for the management board in terms of business expansion and direction · Work with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals · Plan, develop, implement and direct the organisation's day to day operation and performance · Drive profitability (P&L) of the business by make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits · Oversee every facet of the group and execute public speaking The Successful Applicant The following qualifications, experience and skills will be necessary to successfully accomplish the company's goals: · Previous working experience as Managing Director for (x) year(s) or CEO with a leading group in hospitality · Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership positions with at least 5 years in executive management; experience in the hospitality industry or theme park industry. · Proven track record of operating a hotel brand with over 10,000 rooms · Experience and comfort successfully running a organisation with multiple entertainment brands and being accountable for strategy execution and successful business improvement · Cross-cultural competency: an ability to understand and effectively communicate with team members from different cultural backgrounds · Must be fluent in English and open to relocation What's on Offer - Competitive Package + 13th month of salary + Bonus + Relocation package - Joining the leading hospitality group to build a leading tourism brand in APAC region
