Assistant Manager 

Job Description : Assistant Manager-HR" for Central Africa. Company : A leading EPC Company. Qualification : MBA HR / MSW Experience :12+ Years of experience from Manufacturing / EPC companies. Job Profile : · Assist Head HR & Admin to implement HR Sops, Processes and Policies. · Maintain proper manpower record as per approved budget. · Joining, on-boarding and induction of new employees. · Maintain repository of Job Description of all identified positions. · Properly maintain & update Organization Structure periodically. · Ensure database management in HRMS and other systems. · Attendance, Leave and welfare administration of Expatriate and National Employees. · Timely submission of Daily, weekly and Monthly reports to the reporting manager. · Timely submission of Payroll inputs to Accounts Department and coordinate for salary payment. · Timely submission of Employee list to Accounts Dept for payment of monthly allowance and other benefits of employees. · Timely completion of Full & Final settlement and issuance of release letters. · Coordinate to implement Performance management System. · Identify Training Needs of employees and implement the training calendar. · Coordinate to implement Trainee Scheme and skill development. · Employee Engagement Initiatives and employee connect. · Conduct Employee Satisfaction Survey and take improvement initiatives. · Support travel administration and transit employees for all locations.
