Someone who has managed large teams and multi businesses in the capacity of a group CFO. Stable profile throughout the career, need to travel globally for business expansions. Sound knowledge of Mergers, Financial Reporting, Cashflow Management, Profit & Loss Management, Developing goals, strategic plans, company policies, and making decisions on the direction of the business Accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of a business Controlling and overseeing the entire organization CTC - 60-70 LPA Reporting – CMD
