Job Description : AUDIT HEAD NIGERIA Preparation of draft audit calendar entailing list of jobs to be covered during the quarter and submit the same to Management for approval. To monitor the adequacy & effectiveness of audits carried out based on plan prepared. Guide / direct to improve the quality and effevitiveness of audit. Prepare check list to Conduct audit of various branch /site/ offices / operations as per audit programme. Review of Internal Financial Control documents of all functions and submit Risk and Control Matrix statement to Management . Review of internal audits carried out by the team members . regular interaction by visiting the Site and conducting a formal review of the audit being carried out. Vetting & finalising Internal Audit Reports: Review and finalise audit draft reports and ensure the quality and content in audit reports. Follow up for compliances by Site by reviewing Site Action against the Audit observation (NCRs) Risk assessment / Special Assignment & Investigation as per the Management Guidelines Team Building & mentoring Desired Candidate Profile CA/ICWA with minimum 15+ years of experience in Internal Audit Function Able to lead Team Experience in EPC / Oil / GAS / Petrochemical / Project Based companies is must.
