Food and Beverage Director

Job Description : FOOD AND BEVERAGES DIRECTOR KUWAIT The Regency Hotel is the leading landmark hotel in Kuwait providing personalized and memorable luxury experience for the guest. The Director of Food & Beverage will serve as the strategic business leader for the entire administration and full operations of all F&B functions, outlets and extensive banqueting operations ensuring that development and implementation of strategies will meet guests needs, employee satisfaction, and maximize financial performance. Qualifications: -Degree! Diploma in Hospitality Management or other related courses. -Minimum of at least 20 years working experience in the same capacity in a 5 stars luxury property. -Having outstanding knowledge of the F&B operations, events and conference. -Having GCC experience is an advantage. -Exceptional communication and leadership skills. -With great attention to detail, quality, productivity and excellence. Key responsibilities include: -Develop and maintain F&B goals, budget and forecast. -Maintain a high profile in guest contact, public relations and sales activities. -Participate in all F&B sales activities to achieve maximum profitability. -Ensure exceptional customer service which include customer needs assessment, meeting service quality standard and evaluation of customer satisfaction survey. -Identifying key areas, issues and concerns and act upon immediately in accordance to prior agreed methods. -Determine product requirements based on business needs and adjust where necessary. -Actively assist in monitoring systematically the performance of the department. -Properly and promptly reacts to changes in guest requests, business and company demands.
