Job Description : GM GROUP TREASURY THAILAND Manage Funding requirements for the groups and various business units Leading negotiations for arranging and managing existing facilities and new debts Negotiating derivatives with banks Identifying and developing long term funding options for the organization Working with the Corporate finance team, providing debt support during corporate transactions Working with the Business development team in order to support bids for new concessions and acquisitions Negotiating with external partners on funding and financial issues Appropriate Professional Qualifications– ACA, CA, CPA, CFA Strong background in the banking industry is preferable or a large multinational firm Must have worked at a senior level with 10-15 years of experience post qualification Proven track record in documentation and negotiation Have a strong sense theoretical knowledge within the role alongside practical experience and being able to think outside the box Possessing knowledge and experience in the Debt Capital Market and Investor Relations role is a plus
