General Manager Sales 

Job Description : GM SALES INDONESIA Reporting to the President Director, you will acquire a deep understanding of the mining industry, its players and markets, your target market, as well as customer needs and requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop the team Create a long-term strategy and vision, and develop and execute strategic projects Build strong and sustainable relationships with key customers nationwide Manage distributor and sub-distributors by developing the plan and ensuring key account and distributor/ sub-distributors executing aligned plan Own defined and agreed KPI for all channel Cascade and develop business and work plans for his team which are in line with the overall business strategy To succeed in this Sales GM role, you will need strong experience in the mining sector, and strong relationship and customer management experience with an ability to develop key accounts to further increase sales revenue for the company. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree or master's/MBA degree (preferably) At least eight years of experience in strategy, sales, operations, product management and business development Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work independently Strong data analytics capabilities, to actively identify business opportunities Proven ability to collaborate internally and externally with excellent influencing and negotiating skills Proven record of delivering outstanding business results and exceeding targets A deep understanding of how to execute winning plans with key retailers Experience managing and improving efficiency of sales forecasts Strong communication and interpersonal skills
