Sales Manager

Job Description : DISTRIBUTOR SALES MANAGER – CENTRAL AFRICA & INDIAN OCEAN (Based in DUBAI) for a GLOBAL FMCG MNC (CHILLED DAIRY PRODUCTS). Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will have full responsibility for driving all sales activities across the assigned region through a distributor network. You will develop and deliver the annual business plan and focus on several key areas; RTM, Sales Management, Distributor Management (JBP, Buy-in of the distributor team), ultimately developing country sales strategies and driving sales growth. You MUST have a MINIMUM of 10+ years FMCG Sales experience (Including Chilled Foods), with extensive regional distributor management experience.
