Regional Sales Manager 

Job Description : RSM KENYA FOR FMCG · Spearheading Modern trade operations for the region, spearheading and guiding the team of Officers and merchandiser to deliver numbers. · Develop and implement a joint business plan with the Modern Retail Outlets to achieve company objectives & provide direction to implement this plan at the field level. · Meeting Category Manager for planning and organizing sales promotion activities. · Designing and implementing the sales generation activities including specific promotional activities based on the data analysis and as per the budget. · Collaborate with multiple functions like logistics, marketing, finance for servicing Modern Retail accounts · Strategic planning & implementation of brand activation. · Managing the new product launches and promotions. · Managing & training the In-store team for effective and speedy execution of branding and visibilities.
