Human Resources Director 

Job Description : HR DIRECTOR DUBAI a blockchain/cryptocurrency fortune 500 company, is currently looking an HR Director in their new office in Dubai This HR Manager/Director is a strategic professional individual, that is capable of achieving business goals through using change management and organizational design. Responsibilities: · Identifying organizations needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance · Developing, managing and maintaining a highly-skilled team to assist with talent development · Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines · Communicating with external sources, i.e., peer organizations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business · Anticipating the organizations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company’s success · Developing and retaining a diverse talent acquisition team · Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business · Co-ordinating for visa for employees and their immediate dependents · Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy · Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues · Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization · Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs · Ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. · Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. · Create employment handbook, employment letter, and etc. · Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products · Organise and supervise HR/Personnel services that highly qualified personnel are recruited, developed and motivated to achieve business objectives · Oversee and ensure the effective running of the local payroll · Managing and delivering reports and data when required. Requirements: · B.Sc Degree in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree · At least 15 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and FinTech Recruitment · Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation · Proven experience in managing – leadership abilities and know how to motivate and manage people · Strong business mind and accountability · Ability to create and manage processes and projects · Excellent communication and presentation skills · Able to work under pressure · Able to work in a fast pace international and multicultural environment.
