Job Description : Global Head – Quality Operations -Large Global Organisation As Head of Global Quality , the Incumbent Would take Full Responsibility of Strategic Planning, Quality Compliance, Risk Management & Process Improvements in Manufacturing, Analytical, Packaging, Validation & Auditing for Rx, OTC & Generics with Expertise in every facet of GMP & GXP Platforms. He Would Determine/Implement Quality Management Policies & Tools through Plant Design, Quality Systems, Operating Procedures, Training, Validation, Maintenance & Documentation. Significant Collaboration with the Global Strategic Advisory Team of the Company & is Expected to Add a Strategic Input to Organisational Development as Part of the Company’s leadership Team. Requirement looking for a Reputed-leader Who Can Represent & lead the Quality Transformation Review & Improve Quality Management Systems & GXP Quality Audits. Best in the Class Corporate Governance Policies to Ensure Company wide Compliance. Provide leadership & Strategic Direction to Cross functional Teams Across the Company related to Critical Areas including Improvements to the Quality Culture, ensuring Regulatory Inspection Readiness, implementation of Meaningful Key Performance Indicator, Change Management, Supplier Quality Management & Integrated Electronic Systems. Collaborate with the Manufacturing, R&D & Commercial Teams to ensure Adherence to the Quality Management Systems. Professionals with Global Exposure /Experience of Working in Large Pharma Organizations
