Plant Head

Job Description : Plant/Factory Head (GM) for one of our client in Consumer Electronics Industry based at Delhi/NCR. public limited company and one of the reputed name in the Consumer Electronics industry. It is a part of one of India's renowned business conglomerate with a legacy of over 70 yrs. Job Responsibility: 1. Leads the operation and maintenance staff, the daily management and coordination of all the plant operations. 2. Controls all Manufacturing operations of the Plant to ensure that business objectives are met efficiently and effectively. 3. Controlling the Directs and delegates the Head of Departments of the Plant in the development and formulation of long and short-range planning, policies, programs and objectives. 4. Ensures manufacturing performance and quality goals are met. 5. Ensure by Reviewing the gaps and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions taken. 6. To achieve and exceed agreed KPI targets, setting & driving team towards stretch-targets. 15+yrs of plant experience with regular education is required for this position. Industry Preference: Consumer Durable / Electronics, Electronics Manufacturing, Auto/Auto ancillary, Electronic Equipment etc. Offered CTC will range between 60-70 LPA.
